If you got this message: Your theme (Shop Technology) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. then you need to update the theme
to update the theme:
1. Log in to themeforest.net and download the new version of the theme from downloads page.
2. in your wordpress admin go to Appearance > Themes > then activate any other wordpress theme like Twenty Twenty-Five theme.
3. delete the old shop technology theme – don’t worry, the settings of the theme will be restored automatically with the new version.
4. Click on Add theme, and upload the new version of Shop technology theme, and activate it.
